He brings a structured, data-driven approach to reducing spend—often uncovering tens of millions in savings while improving transparency, forecasting accuracy, and decision-making.
His work goes beyond analysis. Steven leads cross-functional initiatives that align Finance, Procurement, and Operations—helping organizations build scalable sourcing strategies, strengthen supplier relationships, and execute complex transformation efforts with confidence. Whether standing up Category Management capabilities, improving budgeting processes, or accelerating critical projects, he ensures initiatives translate into durable, bottom-line results.
Steven worked as a Senior Engagement Manager at Mitchell Madison Group, where he led Indirect Spend sourcing initiatives delivering over $100M in annual savings for Financial Services clients. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BS in Materials Science & Engineering from University of Pennsylvania. He has received Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and is Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (Villanova University).
